Andhra Pradesh has a varied pool of highly skilled resources, suitable for employment in the IT/ITES sectors. However, many young minds in our State have had limited opportunities to showcase their talent, since they belong to rural areas where the reach of the IT/ITES sector has been limited.

The “Rajiv Udyog Sree” aims to bridge this divide between the IT/ITES firms and the rural areas. The portal provides multiple channels to facilitate closer interaction between the colleges and students of rural areas with the IT/ITES firms located in the major cities of the State.

The portal helps students measure their competency levels and offers suggestions for appropriate training programmes, thus enabling students bridge gaps in their proficiency. Students can take per-employment tests on the portal and sharpen their skills, leading to better job prospects.
